Every web site has its own needs. I do not charge by the hour I charge per project.

My minn. Is usually $250 for a basic site and I've gone as high as $2000.00 for more complex ones.

Depending on your needs I'm always willing to work out a reasonable rate.

Unless otherwise arranged once I'm done with the project once completed. If you need to do updates you can ftp files yourself or you can find someone to be a webmaster for your site. I will be sure that all necessary templates are available for you. However, I'm always available for additional support.

If you wish for me to maintain your site, (update it once a month or other definitive schedule) we can work something out. For that kind of work I would charge an hourly rate starting at $25 per hour. (I can get a lot done in a few hours or less).

If you really wish to update it yourself and not want to deal with any web editing program you may want to ask me about a more expensive CMS (Content Management Solution) that may suit your needs. I am familiar with Wordpress, Xoops, Mambo,Mod-X, Joomla and other fine open source (your already saving money ) CMS solutions and can customize a solution for you or your organization.

I can customize an existing Wordpress or Blogspot site to give it your unique look and feel. I don't charge a full web site price for these templates. If you would like one for your existing Blog let me know.

If you don't have a Blog yet we can install one for you and customize it for your needs, rates vary.

I accept check, money order or payment via paypal. I accept half payment down to start a project the rest on completion.

Contracts, if necessary can be worked up for both our piece of mind. My contract outlines the work flow and makes it clear what we both need to do to get your site done in a timely manner.

This is your choice and seperate from my services. Find a good web host? send me the FTP information and I can get you going. Dont have one yet, need registration? I have a company I can reccommend or I'll help you find one.

The short answer: NO. However I can incorporate flash elements (a slide show a movie etc. into your site. But I don't do full sites in flash.

Valid XHTML and CSS based sites are far more user friendly, faster loading, and much more search engine friendly. You want to be found on the web don't you?
